Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed once the commercial agreement, payment terms, and documentation are finalized. Typical dispatch times for container shipments range from 7–15 business days after order confirmation, depending on product availability, packaging requirements, and destination port schedules.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship bulk consignments via:
- Sea Freight – For full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipments.
- Air Freight – For urgent or smaller-volume orders.
The mode of transport is determined in consultation with the buyer based on volume, urgency, and cost-effectiveness.
Packaging & Quality Control
All spices are carefully cleaned, graded, and packaged in moisture-proof, export-grade packaging to maintain freshness and aroma. Containers are loaded and sealed under supervision to ensure product integrity.
Delivery Timeline
Transit times vary by destination:
- Asia & Middle East: 10–20 days
- Europe: 18–30 days
- Americas: 25–40 days
These are estimated times and may vary due to customs procedures, port congestion, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Costs & Insurance
Shipping costs depend on destination, mode of transport, and container size. Buyers can choose FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), or other Incoterms. Insurance can be arranged by us upon request or by the buyer.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary export documents, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)
Order Tracking & Communication
Once the shipment is dispatched, tracking details and bill of lading will be shared. Our logistics team will provide updates until the shipment reaches the destination port.
